How To Tighten Your Tummy
Millions of people all around the world are dieting the wrong way. So, what is the right way to diet? Read on to find out.
Eat Every Three Hours
Tightening your tummy can be difficult, but the idea that eating less will get you there is downright dumb. The solution is to eat nutritious, balanced, fat-burning meals every three hours. Your body doesn't like the pattern of eating large meals with long periods of starvation in between. When you treat your body in this way, your body gets in the habit of conserving it's nutrients and holding on to that unwanted fat and calories for longer than it has to.
Eat 6 Times a Day
This may sound like a lot, but if you truly want to tighten your tummy, you need to be eating constantly. Your metabolism needs to be retrained and the only way to retrain it, is to begin eating right when you wake up in the morning and continue eating until the time you go to bed.
Eat Small, Balanced Meals
You have to be eating continuously if you want to tighten your tummy, but you can't eat thousands of calories each day. A good guideline for weight loss is to take in 1500 calories per day. And, once you have achieved your weight loss goal you can up that to 2000 calories per day. That equates to approximately 250 calories per meal to sustain weight loss and tighten your tummy.
So, if you truly want to tighten your tummy, and want to do it in a healthy manner that will truly last, start eating more frequently and more balanced.
