This is by far the greatest and most important element in choosing a successful opportunity. If this person is genuinely committed, and the product or service is strong, you WILL succeed. Anyone can sign you up, but you need a mentor, coach, and encourager to truly help you have fun and win!
GREAT MLM: 2. Does the opportunity offer a genuinely unique product or service?
This is also a must. If you are selling toilet paper at a markup, you wont be retiring anytime soon. You must have something unique to offer your customers. If they can go to the local store and pick up a similar item, why would they buy from you? Find a product or service that generates some buzz because of its results.
GREAT MLM: 3. Are the marketing systems and technologies up to date with current trends?
This is the Internet age. If the company's website looks like something out of the 80's, just keep on walking. This is a tell-tale sign of a fading company that doesn't have the money, time, or resources to invest in your success.
GREAT MLM: 4. Is it possible to generate income right away?
You shouldn't need to work a business for a year to generate income. Find an opportunity where you can plug in, make some cash immediately, and begin investing that money in marketing your product or service.
GREAT MLM: 5. Is there an actual need for this product or service?
Your product must fill a real need in society and must also be reasonably priced. Think about some areas of desire within your own life, and then see if the product or service could fill that desire. Maybe you want to lose weight, look younger, or live longer? Run with that. In the end, your customer must be satisfied for you to be successful.
GREAT MLM: 6. Has the company been in business for at least 5 years but less than 20?
Over 90% of all network companies fail within the first two years. Find one that has passed the five year threshold and has proven itself. However, be careful getting involved in a company that has been around for a long time. After a certain point in time, all companies will saturate their markets, and this will make your efforts quite painstaking.
GREAT MLM: 7. Will you have FUN?You only live once. Could this actually be fun and lucrative at the same time? Look at the product or service, the marketing opportunities, and others involved in the business. Are they having fun? Are they making money?
